1) Getting my nails clipped. If I don't elect for a mani/pedi, I don't want to be forced. And when you guys get mani/pedi's, you get wine, a comfy chair with a warm bubble bath...I get forced to sit still and told to "chill out." I'm sorry...last time I checked you were chopping off an extension of my paw. I can't just "chill out."
2) Little Kids. Now, before you burn me at the stake, hear me out. First, they always smell of old candy/jelly. Second, they always hit/pet me on the head while repeating "puppy" or "petit chien" here in Liege. I'm sorry, I'm a mature, established woman thank you very much. Third, they always seem to feel the need to pull my ears. I don't pull your ears, lay off! So, when they had invaded my usual stomping grounds today, I wasn't too thrilled.
3) Strangers smelling my goodies. My mom took me yesterday to my usual (aforementioned) spot and while enjoying myself a much younger, wannabe-macho-man fellow Chihuahua showed up. His name was Pauloush, and while nice and all, he wouldn't leave me alone...and was getting quite personal. Last time I checked, the polite thing to do upon meeting someone is NOT by smelling their junk. It's disgusting, and I'm much too refined for things of this nature.
~Now, this being said, I do love life. I have the ability to interact with most adults as any human would, and I'm given to opportunity to take walks and poop on the street here without much fuss. And lately, I've been able to sleep on my pillow for hours at a time without my mom calling me over to make out with me every thirty minutes. It's been great, really! All right...enough ranting and raving...peace!
